How to request deletion of your data.

Overview

CleverClaw gives users and clients a way to request deletion of personal data and connected account data. This includes data connected to our website, client services, Meta app access, and advertising account work.

You can request deletion by emailing partners@thejonmac.com.

What to include

To help us find the right records, include as much of the following as you can:

• Your name and email address.
• Your business name, if the request relates to a client account.
• The Meta Business, Page, ad account, pixel, or app connection involved, if relevant.
• A short note saying what you want deleted.

What we delete

After we verify the request, we delete or anonymize personal data that CleverClaw controls and no longer needs to keep. This can include contact records, service notes, support messages, connected Meta app data, ad account records, lead records, report exports, and related working files.

We may keep limited records if needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, or platform compliance reasons.

Meta app and advertising data

If your request involves Meta, we will remove data we control that was received through the connected Meta app or used for authorized advertising work. This may include account identifiers, campaign records, ad data, creative references, lead information, reporting exports, and support notes.

You can also remove CleverClaw's access from your Meta account through Meta Business settings, Page settings, app settings, or ad account permissions. Removing access stops future access. Sending a deletion request tells us to delete data already stored by CleverClaw where deletion is allowed.

Timing

We aim to respond within 30 days. If a request is complex, we may ask for more information or explain why more time is needed.
