Meta advertising data
If you connect a Meta Business, Page, pixel, catalog, or ad account, CleverClaw may access Meta data only to provide the advertising services you request. That can include creating, editing, reviewing, reporting on, and managing campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, leads, pixels, and related account settings.
We do not sell Meta data. We do not use Meta data to build unrelated products. We do not share Meta data except with service providers working on our behalf, when required by law, or when you ask us to do so.
CleverClaw may use automation tools, including Codex or other operator approved agents, to help prepare, analyze, and manage advertising work. These tools are used under our direction for the account work you authorize.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver client work, operate the website, manage ad accounts, improve campaign performance, keep records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
For advertising accounts, we use connected account data to plan, launch, edit, monitor, and report on campaigns. We may also use it to diagnose tracking issues, prepare recommendations, create drafts, and check compliance with platform policies.
Cookies and tracking
Our website may use cookies, analytics tools, pixels, and similar technologies to understand traffic, measure conversions, improve the site, and run advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly if cookies are blocked.
How we share information
We may share information with hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, payment processors, contractors, automation tools, and other service providers that help us run the business and deliver client work. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer.
We do not sell personal information.
Data storage and security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect information. No internet system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Access to client systems and advertising accounts is limited to people and tools that need it to perform authorized work.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where practical.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information by emailing partners@thejonmac.com. You can also follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You can also revoke platform access through the relevant platform, including Meta Business settings or your connected app settings.
Children
CleverClaw is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
